Hungry!
No pic today, no "workout" either. However, I did push mow the lawn for an hour and changed the oil in the car, along with several other things.

Oatmeal for breakfast (no sugar) with coffee and creamer.
Tuna casserole for lunch, but I was hungry again an hour later so I had a balogna sandwich (on whole wheat).
Baked chicken breast and white rice for dinner.
Not sure what snack will be, but it will be healthy.
