Day Four:

I have to admit that I am embarrassed by these pics. Yet they serve as a motivator because I know that I can shed that belly and have a body that I can be proud of. All it will take is a little bit of hard work in the gym and at home and absolutely strict diet. No more cupcakes for me, or beer, or cereal, or fish sticks...

You get it right?

Diet is looking spot on, however my wife is testing my resolve with these awesome cupcakes she gets from a local baker...

Excellent HIT session today. I'm exhausted and nauseous. Swollen too, let's not forget swollen. :p

Hungry!

No pic today, no "workout" either. However, I did push mow the lawn for an hour and changed the oil in the car, along with several other things.

Oatmeal for breakfast (no sugar) with coffee and creamer.

Tuna casserole for lunch, but I was hungry again an hour later so I had a balogna sandwich (on whole wheat).

Baked chicken breast and white rice for dinner.

Not sure what snack will be, but it will be healthy.

Day One:

Weighed in at 244 pounds. Here is a post workout, sweaty pic to illustrate how hard I worked for 30 minutes.






Okay, here is the deal. My brother and I have made a pact, well more of a challenge. A weight loss challenge involving the loser getting a wax job. Needless to say, I like my body hair and have vowed to crush him. I even pulled out a Conan the Barbarian reference. 

Anyhoo, these are the "before' pics. I will do a daily - or almost daily - pic to chart my progress.

On this day I did 30 minutes of interval training and jogged two miles.
