I haven't bailed on my resolution of my May 21st post. In fact, I've been following a regime of meat and salads while at work. As a result, my protein intake has been where I want it (~100-150g) and the average calorie intake for the last three weeks has been around 1800.
In conjunction with once weekly HIT training, my body weight has not really changed. However, my body composition has. My "tummy" is rapidly shrinking and my muscles are beginning to really show.
So, imagine a series of pictures featuring two cups of salad, one tablespoon of ranch dressing, and 6-8 oz of protein (fish, chicken, or other).
