Lunch

Chinese buffet.

Two plates of meat and veggies. White rice instead of noodles. I did eat some crab rangoons, but only a few.

Dessert was fresh strawberries.

No great, but not as bad as I usually would do. Normally I'd decimate a chinese buffet and hobble out like an old man.

Lots to do today, so I'm hoping it will offset the extra calories.

255 and motivated again

Somewhere I got lost. Its been too many months and I'm going to try this again.
