1cup egg noodles

Snack:
2 gala apples

After work food binge :(
2 slices of pizza
2 cheesy bread sticks
24 oz Bud Light beer

I was doing great until I got home from work and was hungry. Then I just ate like a dumb zombie before going to bed. Mmmmm.... carbs. (I'm an idiot)
